| adClix - pretty simple program
offering 10 cents per click.

space on your site, run ads others have paid them for, and give you 10 cents per click.

| BannerBrokers - they offer up to
20 cents per click on one page, yet quote 10 cents on another. You'll need to pay a $10
application fee, which they claim is refundable "upon issuance of the first
commission check".

| BannerPool - offers from 6 to 14
cents per click, depending on volume of clicks.

| BannerPromo - offers an
embarrassing low 2 cents per click, plus 10% of whatever small amount gets paid to other
hosts that sign up from your site.

| Burst! Media - offers both pay
per click and pay per impression ads. You get to choose the campaigns you wish to run,
which is a nice feature -- unfortunately, the choice is somewhat limited. Excellent
customer service.

| Click-Thru Network - offers $2
per month for each "Double Click-Thru" membership signed up from your site, or
you can use their free service to bring visitors to your site.

| Click2Net - offers from 6 to 15
cents per click on a sliding scale.

| ClickAgent (also known as
BannerPower) - tough to figure out how much they actually pay, although their Terms and
Conditions page explicitly describes the penalties for sites that "consistently fail
to meet adequate standard of click through performance."

| Datacom - offers 10 - 15 cents
per click, depending upon traffic.

| eAds - recently INCREASED their offer - they now pay 10 cents per unique click and
5 cents per referral click. They claim to be the oldest pay per click agency on

| MoneyClicks - exclusively for
finance sites.

| Penny Web - payment varies from
around 2 to 9 cents per click. Watch your account closely, they don't have the best
reputation in the industry.

| Safe-Audit - a fairly well
respected company offering both pay per click and pay per impression plans. Payment
varies.

| TeknoSurf - offers between 5 and
20 cents per click, and you get $5 for every accepted referred webmaster, plus $2 for
every webmaster they refer! This makes it a "must have."

| ValueClick - you get 12 - 15 cents per click membership. Also offers a referral program where you get 1 cent for every click that a site you referred to the program makes. |
